The carrier can be used from about 2 months, over 4 kg to 12 kg. The baby can be carried in a baby position (with legs to the sides), certified by the Dysplasia Institute. The carrier can be also used for the older children - they can be worn on the hip of a parent using one loop of the material. 

SECURITY:

The International Orthopedic Institute "Hip Dysplasia Institute" has tested and approved Studio Romeo slings as a hip healthy product.

SR slings should not be confused with elastic slings, often criticized by experts. The Studio Romeo carrier does NOT spring under the weight of the child. Studio Romeo is NOT a classic sling designed for seated children (it does not cause hyperextension of the spine and does not burden the child's joints). It provides the same support for the child's spine as a classic woven ring sling, thanks to the patented method of conducting fibers in the material. Properly worn, it ensures a healthy position, identical to that of a scarf, therefore it can be safely used in babies from about 2 months of age.

HOW TO CHOOSE THE SIZE:

The carriers are available in two sizes: T1 and T2, which should be selected according to the size of the PARENT.

T1 fits adults from XS to M / L, and T2 L - XL (the table below will help you choose the right size).

Important: the fabric becomes softer and loosens during use and as the child grows, the weight of which increases and the material becomes more heavy. It is normal for the baby carrier to feel a little tight when used for the first time.

You may feel a little pressure, but ultimately the goal is for your baby to be held firmly, just like you would with a classic baby carrier.

You can spread the fabric over your back and shoulders for more front slack.

Your baby shouldn't be too low (the correct position allows you to kiss your baby's forehead when you bow down your head). If this is not the case, you can lift the baby by making a fabric loop over each arm.
