Delivery

  • We ship via DPD and DHL Express courier. They guarantee fast and timely shipment of parcels to any place. It may take 2-5 business days (depending on a destination)
  • The packages are insured.
  • Orders to countries outside the European Union may involve additional fees (customs, VAT) on the recipient's side. As the sender, we are not responsible for the amount of these fees.*

* We have suspended shipments to countries outside the European Union.

What should I do when I find damage to the parcel?

In order to confirm the damage, it is necessary to take a photo of the damaged package and prepare a damage report in the presence of the courier. If such an operation was not possible at the time of delivery, please contact us kontakt@bebeconcept.pl
