Returns and complaints about baby changing mats
The customer has the right to withdraw from the sales contract within 14 days from the date of receipt of the order with changing mat. If 14 days have passed since your purchase was delivered, unfortunately we cannot offer a cash refund. In exceptional cases, if the return deadline is exceeded, please contact us by e-mail - we will try to offer a satisfactory solution.
In order to make a return/exchange, the goods cannot show signs of use and must be in the same condition in which the customer received them. It must have tags (if attached by the manufacturer) and cannot be washed. It must also be returned in its original packaging along with a completed returns form.
To make a return, please complete the form and include it with your shipment. If you are unable to print the form, please fill in the required data by hand on a piece of paper.
