About the Plantula pillow

The pillow is made of pleasant to the touch, soft cotton. After opening the zipper, you will find an inner cotton insert filled with coarse salt, also equipped with a zipper, for convenient pouring and refilling of salt. Salt has anti-inflammatory and antibacterial properties. When heated, it accumulates heat and releases it slowly. When chilled, it acts as a pain-relieving compress.

Preparation

Spread the pillow, pour its contents into the pan or oven. Heat the salt for a few minutes until it is warm but not too hot. Then pour the heated salt into the pillow and literally add a few drops of the oil to the sinuses. Zip up, get comfortable and place a pillow, e.g. on your forehead, to enjoy the power of relaxing warmth and anti-inflammatory aromatic compounds of the oil.
