Icila, a warm floral fragrance, opens with fresh and invigorating top notes of Pamplemousse Ruby, Mandarin Leaf and Jasmine. At its heart is the timeless elegance of Dark Plum and the deep embrace of Nectar, anchored by warm vanilla blossoms and sakura blossoms to represent the act of simultaneous grounding and growth. The base of warm, sultry wood and sweet flowers leaves a shimmering effect.

Maison Louis Marie is the result of a long, rich family history in fragrance, starting with Louis Marie Aubert du Petit Thouars: a pioneer of French botanical history who was exiled to Madagascar, La Réunion and the islands of Mauritius during the French Revolution. There he discovered a wide range of plant specimens, collected over 2,000, and was then elected a member of the prestigious Académie des Sciences - the engravings and sketches visible on the fragrance packaging come from his journals.

Over 200 years later, Maison Louis Marie was born: drawing on her family's rich botanical history as inspiration and guide, Marie created luxury candles, perfumes and skincare products that focus on exquisite, long-lasting fragrances infused with unique floral essences.
