Care:

Natural wool fibers are self-cleaning materials, so airing your HOLMM jumper is usually enough.

Frequent washing is bad for your clothes as well as the environment. Water waste is important not only in the production process, but also for the consumer. To minimize waste and maintain the longevity of your HOLMM, we suggest washing only when necessary.

We recommend a delicate wool wash at 30 degrees on a special washing machine cycle.

It is worth knowing that wool fibers are particularly sensitive to high temperatures and sudden changes in water temperature. If your washing machine has a delicate wool program, this is better than hand washing. Cashmere should not be soaked or spun.

For garments that require delicate washing, we recommend using a special soap for delicate fabrics or for wool. Never use biological/enzymatic detergents, fabric softeners, bleaches or soap containing bleach.

Avoid putting any cashmere items in the dryer. High temperatures, from a dryer or even an iron, will destroy the natural properties of the fibers.

Returns:

The customer has the right to return the purchased goods within 14 days of receiving the order without giving any reason from the purchase contract.

We try to refund the amount immediately after receiving and checking the shipment from the customer.
