Tea bushes used for the production of this tea are grown on the so-called ''Red En'' (i.e. open-air garden) fields and are exposed to sunlight throughout the growth phase. This is the best Sencha we've had.

1.5 teaspoons per cup
13 grams per liter of water
Water temperature: 80'C
Brewing times: I - 2 minutes, II - 3 minutes
Character: fresh, expressive, long-lasting
Cultivation height: 100 - 200 meters
Infusion: Clear, yellow
Leaves: Green, flat, narrow
