Washing instructions:

There is no need to wash merino wool frequently. This fibre is self-cleaning. It is ideal to simply air it outside.

It does not require washing before use.

If necessary, wash very gently by hand with lukewarm water at a maximum temperature of 30°. Do not soak the fabric.

Use a wool detergent for washing. We recommend Steamery Delicate. To refresh the appearance of wool clothes, it is best to "shave" them with a shaver designed for delicate fabrics.

Machine wash only on a special wool programme of 20°, at low speed, at your own risk, as we cannot guarantee individual programme settings in washing machines.

Merino does not itch and is antibacterial, making it ideal for children with eczema or sensitive skin.

We ship via the renowned courier companies InPost and DPD (in Poland) and DPD, DHL (abroad). They guarantee fast and punctual shipping of packages. We also deliver orders to InPost parcel lockers throughout Poland.

Standard shipping time is 1-2 business days.

We also send orders cash on delivery.

Returns:

The customer has the right to return the purchased goods within 14 days of receiving the order without giving any reason from the purchase contract.

We try to refund the amount immediately after receiving and checking the shipment from the customer.
