Apply a generous amount of balm to your hands.

Spread the balm evenly over your body, paying special attention to dry areas like elbows, knees and ankles.

Gently massage the balm into your skin using gentle, circular motions until completely absorbed.

Allow the lotion to absorb into your skin for a few minutes before getting dressed.

Apply lotion as needed throughout the day, especially after bathing or when skin feels dry.
