How to optimize the performance of your new companion:

The vessel must be preheated/cooled: fill with boiling/cold water, close the lid and leave for at least 30 seconds. Open the lid and empty.

Fill the thermos with very hot/cold food.

Fill the container completely: insulation performance is best when the container is full.

Once the container is full, close the lid quickly and tightly: to reduce heat/cool loss.

Do not open the bento box before a meal: each opening causes heat/cold loss.

Stir food before tasting to ensure uniform temperature.
