ACTIVATING TRACTION

The hotter the hands and feet, the better the mat grips. The mat works best for dynamic yoga in a warm environment. For the first asanas, it is worth focusing on pressing your hands and feet harder against the mat. During your first practice, the mat may feel slightly slippery, this is normal. After just a few uses, the microfiber will become coarser and the adhesion will be optimal. To immediately activate the grip, it is best to moisten your hands and feet with water or gently sprinkle it on the mat.

CARE INSTRUCTION

It is best to wipe the mat with a damp cloth. In the case of more persistent dirt, it can be washed in a washing machine in max. 30 ° C. Do not tumble dry and do not use detergents. Spread it out to dry. To speed up the drying process, you can wrap the mat with a towel. Prolonged, direct exposure to sunlight can accelerate the biodegradation process.
