Use:

The foundation should be changed every 4/6 hours, or even more often if necessary.

We recommend using Extra Absorbent pads (L) for the first 2 weeks after giving birth and Discreet and Absorbent pads (M) after 2 weeks of the postpartum period.

It is important to remember that the amount of blood and also the duration of bleeding is an individual matter, therefore mothers can start using a smaller size at an earlier/later stage if they feel it is necessary.
