And then the evening chill... The Casper children's jacket was created for such moments, among other things, and will protect the bodies of young explorers against rapid cooling. The White Goose down filling provides immediate thermal comfort, while the elastic cuffs, hood border and adjustable waist ensure children's comfort and full range of movement. After packing, the Casper jacket is super light and so small that you can have it with you always and be ready for your child's experience of the world.

What is the advantage of Polish down? Experts answer that it is in the way the birds are raised. The best quality down is obtained from White Kołudzka geese, especially from the so-called "oatmeal" geese, fed with oats, which are rich in valuable microelements. "Fed" because the main food of such birds is green fodder, i.e. what they find on the pasture - exactly as it was and is the case on small, ecological farms.


However, the quality of goose down is influenced not only by the diet, but also by the conditions in which the geese live. Polish geese live a truly stress-free life - on free range, in pens with appropriate space. Down and feathers obtained from birds bred in this way are of very high quality. This only confirms the well-known rule that the best is what comes 100% from nature.


People noticed thousands of years ago that ducks and geese can withstand even the hardest frost. When they domesticated them, it quickly turned out that this exceptional resistance to low temperatures was not, as might be expected, due to the feathers that make up their "outer coat", but to the fine down that grows right next to the skin. The world of science is constantly trying to create insulation that would match its thermal insulation properties. And although it has already presented many proposals, including the well-known and appreciated PrimaLoft® "synthetic down", natural down still remains unrivaled in this respect.
