The hero of the product is a gel of plant origin that generates moisture, creates a physical barrier to harmful bacteria and supports the natural healing process. There is no need to remove the gel before breastfeeding.

We recommend using the Multi-Mam compress immediately after feeding - if used just before feeding, the moisture may make it difficult for the baby to latch on.
