A blend of the best vegetable waxes with a traditional recipe from 1961. Handmade in Italy. The candle will burn for approximately 48 hours.

Chinese Tobacco is the capture of legendary films like Indochine and Apocalypse Now. Reflections of stark contrasts in Asia. East meets West, Old and New. The smell is pungent, warm and woody. Scent notes include tobacco, coriander and olive oil.

“Chinese tobacco is inspired by the timeless masterpiece of the Apocalypse by Francis Ford Coppola. The action of the film takes place in Vietnam in 1969. The main influence on the smell was the powerful scene with opium smokers Aurore Clement and Martin Sheen. Classic line ''I love the smell of napalm in the morning''. The title of the film was inspired by a badge popular with hippies in the 1960s saying Nirvana now.

The name 19-69 stands for freedom, tolerance and counterculture. The inspiration covers various iconic moments of the counterculture throughout history. Art, music and different cultures have also left their mark on products in terms of content, names and packaging. The different colors symbolize the rainbow, which in 1969 was a symbol of peace and freedom.
