We recommend washing as rarely as possible in a special liquid for wool with the addition of lanolin. Max temp. 30*C - washing without soaking, in the washing machine on the wool mode or by hand.

We ship via the renowned courier companies InPost and DPD (in Poland) and DPD, DHL (abroad). They guarantee fast and punctual shipping of packages. We also deliver orders to InPost parcel lockers throughout Poland.

Standard shipping time is 1-2 business days.

We also send orders cash on delivery.

Returns:

The customer has the right to return the purchased goods within 14 days of receiving the order without giving any reason from the purchase contract.

We try to refund the amount immediately after receiving and checking the shipment from the customer.
