All the chains in the Vertigo collection use small design details; small carabiners, vouchers and ceramics. The chains in the Vertigo collection are adjustable and give you the opportunity to create a personal look by choosing from different "padlocks" to close the chain. Please note that the lock is sold separately and is not included. The chain can also be fastened with any pendant with a carabiner.

IMPACT gold is a mixed alloy of 30% Fairtrade gold and 70% recycled gold. With this jewelry, you support decent working and living standards for miners, environmentally oriented mining practices and empower local mining communities.

When a consumer chooses Fairtrade gold, it means the gold has been mined responsibly and the miners have received the Fairtrade Minimum Price (95% LBMA) and a bonus of $2,000/kg, which helps the social, environmental and economic development of the community.

All recycled gold used is globally certified by SCS. This certification guarantees that the extracted materials are traceable, environmentally friendly and promote ethical working conditions. SCS is a verification agent that focuses on quality, social responsibility and land stewardship.

RETURNS AND COMPLAINTS

Delivery:

We ship via the renowned courier companies InPost and DPD (in Poland) and DPD, DHL (abroad). They guarantee fast and punctual shipping of packages. We also deliver orders to InPost parcel lockers throughout Poland.

Standard shipping time is 1-2 business days.

We also send orders cash on delivery.

Returns:

The customer has the right to return the purchased goods within 14 days of receiving the order without giving any reason from the purchase contract.

We try to refund the amount immediately after receiving and checking the shipment from the customer.
