Maileg Mice - discover the world of fantasy
The Maileg brand was founded in 1999 by Dorthe Mailil and her husband. Dorthe Mailil is a famous Danish designer and illustrator and creative director of the Maileg brand. She gained her knowledge and skills at the prestigious Danish Design School in 1996 and during studies at L'ecole D'art de Marseille in Paris.
She began to pursue her passions by creating designs for an extraordinary collection of Maileg mice, made with extraordinary care and diligence. Maileg mice in a vintage style reveal to children a wonderful world of fantasy and imagination. The collections are complemented by clothes, accessories and a wonderful house for the mouse family. Maileg's toy offer also includes funny bunnies with long ears, kittens, rag dolls and many other adorable toys.
Since founding Maileg, Dorthe has won numerous awards and accolades both for its toys and for its famous illustrations that appear around the world in books, magazines and even TV shows.
