Collection: Leander

Leander's story began in 1998, when Stig Leander's sister-in-law was expecting twins. Stig, a trained blacksmith with experience in the bicycle and stroller industries, took up the challenge of designing a cradle that would both soothe and stimulate a child's development. Less than a year later, the Dane's first design was available in selected stores in Denmark.

Leander is not only about furniture design. It's about creating furniture that inspires and stimulates play, movement and creativity. Furniture that develops children and makes everyday life with children easier. At Leander they believe in form, functionality and quality materials, and the best ideas start with a need.
