Resheda Hagen founded her company Lansinoh in 1984 to offer breastfeeding women a safe and effective alternative to the highly cosmetic products available for nipple soreness - the leading cause of failure to establish successful breastfeeding. In 1984, she decided to buy lanolin in one-pound jars and package it herself into smaller containers for sale to nursing mothers.

Today, the Lansinoh brand stands for professional, safe and high-quality products. Starting with a range of perinatal and postpartum products as well as accessories for breastfeeding mothers and babies.
