The founder of the Design Dua brand is Coretta Owusu, a lawyer, attorney and businesswoman who created a unique company to support the local people of West Africa. Design Dua offers baskets handwoven by local Ghanaian artisans. All baskets from Design Dua are made of natural materials - dried elephant grass, with organic dyes used to add colors. Additional elements, such as handles, are made of materials of animal origin - leather or plants. At the end of the production process, each cost is thoroughly steam cleaned and protected, making it durable.
