Delivery of Azeta Bio

We ship Azeta Bioproducts via InPost and DPD courier companies. They guarantee fast and timely sending of parcels to any indicated place in Poland on the next business day between 8:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m.
Foreign shipments are made via DHL and may take 2-5 business days.
The parcels are insured, thanks to which we ensure safe delivery of Azeta Bio products by couriers.
Orders to countries outside the European Union may involve additional fees (customs duties, VAT) on the recipient's side. As the sender, we are not responsible for the amount of these fees.

Returns and complaints about Azeta Bio
products
The customer has the right to withdraw from the sales contract within 14 days from the date of receipt of the order with Azeta Bio products. If 14 days have passed since your purchase was delivered, unfortunately we cannot offer a cash refund. In exceptional cases when the return deadline is exceeded, please contact us by e-mail - we will try to offer a satisfactory solution.
In order to make a return/exchange, the goods cannot show signs of use and must be in the same condition in which the customer received them. It must have tags (if attached by the manufacturer) and cannot be washed. It must also be returned in its original packaging along with a completed returns form.
To make a return, please complete the form and include it with your shipment. If you are unable to print the form, please fill in the necessary data by hand on a piece of paper.
