Anna + Nina jewelry is handmade and therefore delicate. To ensure that your item stays as good as new, please treat it with care.

Avoid wearing jewelry while exercising. Any plated item is susceptible to scratching. For items coated with enamel or plating, avoid scratching on hard surfaces.

Don\u0026amp;#39;t wear your jewelry in the shower, pool, or spa. Chlorine is very damaging to jewelry and can cause it to crack. Moisture can also cause oxidation, so clean the item with a dry cloth if it has been stored or has been in contact with liquids. Pearls, for example, are porous and - even when taken out of water - don\u0026amp;#39;t like moisture.

Remove your jewelry when using any harsh chemicals as they may affect the shine and color of your item.

Put your jewelry on last. Makeup, perfume, hair products, and lotions can damage it.

Clean your jewelry. For gold and silver plated items, use a soft, dry cloth, do not use any liquids. We strongly recommend removing all jewelry before going to bed to prolong its life.

We ship via the renowned courier companies InPost and DPD (in Poland) and DPD, DHL (abroad). They guarantee fast and punctual shipping of packages. We also deliver orders to InPost parcel lockers throughout Poland.

Standard shipping time is 1-2 business days.

Returns:

The customer has the right to return the purchased goods within 14 days of receiving the order without giving any reason from the purchase contract.

We try to refund the amount immediately after receiving and checking the shipment from the customer.
