Returns and complaints about albums and guides for women

The customer has the right to withdraw from the sales contract within 14 days from the date of receipt of the order with albums and guides for women. If 14 days have passed since your purchase was delivered, unfortunately we cannot offer a cash refund. If your return is approved by us, we will immediately transfer the funds to the account number you provided or issue a voucher for a given amount to be used in our store (depending on depending on the selected option in the form). We reserve 14 days to consider the return.
