Returns and complaints about musical instruments for children
The customer has the right to withdraw from the sales contract within 14 days from the date of receipt of the order withmusical instruments for a child. If 14 days have passed since your purchase was delivered, unfortunately we cannot offer a cash refund. In order to make a return/exchange, the goods cannot show any signs of use and must be in the same condition in which the customer received them.
