Bala is a Los Angeles-based company founded in 2018 by Natalie Holloway and Maximilian Kislevitz. While on vacation in Southeast Asia, Natalie and Max realized that old-school wrist and ankle weights were in desperate need of innovation, so they decided to design a stylish weight band that would enhance the benefits of almost any workout. The result is, among other things, the extremely elegant Bala bracelet: a silicone band available in countless colors and two different weight variants that can be worn on the wrist or ankle. These weighted bands can be used during exercise, a yoga or pilates session, or just during your daily activities to keep you training even when you're not there. The bracelets are made of recycled stainless steel, wrapped in soft silicone and equipped with extra-strong Velcro for a personalized fit.
