On their basis, the author shows her method, which changes the current view of the conflict. The energy that we spend on looking for the guilty is better used to efficiently look for solutions. And this is the beginning of social change.

Who is the author?

Katarzyna Dworaczyk - mediator, communication trainer, author. He also conducts individual sessions using the Inner Family System (IFS) method. He trains and lectures in institutions, kindergartens, schools and for business. She created her own model of accompaniment in SNO conflict situations. He is fascinated by anger, trauma, intergenerational trauma, beliefs and the ideas of Nonviolent Communication (NVC) and the Inner Family System.

Returns:

The customer has the right to return the purchased goods within 14 days of receiving the order without giving any reason from the purchase contract.
